Location: Office-based

Salary: Up to 32,000 + funding and time to complete CIPD level 5

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Outskirts of Leeds City Centre - parking

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a close-knit, dedicated ER team. You'll manage your own caseload of disciplinaries, investigations and grievances, while also collaborating closely with colleagues on shared priorities. This is a great opportunity for someone who can think independently, use sound judgement, and work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

You'll be part of a small, focused team of 7 (including 3 Advisors), working exclusively on ER matters in a dedicated office space - giving you the chance to really specialise and develop deep expertise in employee relations.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing your own portfolio of disciplinary, investigation and grievance cases from start to finishProviding clear, practical ER advice to managers and colleagues across the businessWorking collaboratively within a small team, sharing knowledge and supporting one another on complex casesBuilding strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple well-known client sites (including major UK retailers)Ensuring all case work is handled fairly, consistently, and in line with policy and current employment legislationIdentifying risk and offering practical, commercially-minded solutions

What We're Looking For

Solid experience handling ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, investigations)Ability to work independently and use your own initiative, while also being a strong team playerExcellent communication skills and confidence dealing with a range of colleagues and managersA proactive, adaptable approach - no two cases are the same, and there's plenty of variety in this roleCIPD level 3 qualification (or working towards) desirable
