What You'll Do

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role connecting passionate educators with inspiring schools. Day to day, you'll:

Build and nurture relationships with Primary and/or Secondary schoolsSource, interview, and place talented teachers and support staffManage candidate pipelines and advertise job roles creativelyGrow client accounts through outstanding service and trustNegotiate contracts and provide ongoing support to clients and candidatesWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience in recruitment or B2B salesA self-starter who thrives on success and takes pride in doing things rightExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsExperience in a temp or high-volume recruitment environment (ideal, not essential)A genuine passion for people and for helping schools find their perfect matchWhat You'll Get
