Location: Brasted- Office-based (Driver essential)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:15am-4:30pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays)

Additional Benefit: Shorter working hours during summer holidays

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and confident Candidate Resourcer to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, managing multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced recruitment environment within the education sector, with clear opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing new candidates using various job boards and social media platformsConfidently speaking with candidates over the phone and making regular outbound calls throughout the dayScreening candidates to ensure they have the required experience to work with usBooking candidates in for interviewsSupporting recruitment consultants with daily staff bookings for nurseries and schoolsCompleting basic compliance duties, including documenting new staff informationRequirements

Strong organisational skillsConfidence speaking on the phone and making frequent callsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyExperience using Outlook and Microsoft OfficeReliable, hardworking, and able to manage a busy workloadA proactive and positive attitudePrevious experience in recruitment or a similar role is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate with no prior experienceDriver essential due to office locationCareer Progression

There will be the opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role in the future, should this be a desired career path. We actively support development and internal progression within our team.
