Prospero Teaching is one of the UK's leading education recruitment agencies, and due to continued growth, we're looking for a Candidate Manager to join our successful Children's Educational Services (CES) team in Leeds.

In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening and supporting candidates, helping to connect talented education professionals with opportunities that make a real difference to young people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and referralsConduct candidate screening calls and Teams interviewsManage candidate registrations and onboardingBuild strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment processCreate candidate profiles and support consultants with live vacanciesWork closely with Compliance Officers to ensure candidate files are completeDeliver an exceptional candidate experience

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailPositive, motivated and proactive attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentRecruitment, sales, customer service or administration experience is advantageous but not essential
