We are seeking a dedicated and effective Attendance Officer to join our vibrant all-through school

The role:

Monitor and record student attendance and punctuality using the Academy's systemsProduce weekly attendance reports and support data analysisLiaise with families through calls, home visits, and parent workshopsSupport legal interventions including Fixed Penalty Notices and referralsAttend and contribute to multi-agency meetingsAssist with first aid provision (training provided) What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications & ExperienceGCSEs in Maths and English (Grade A -C) or equivalentStrong understanding of DfE guidance on school attendanceExperience working with families and external agenciesExcellent data administration and organisational skillsConfidence in handling challenging conversations with empathy Apply Today!
