However many good friends you have, there are times when speaking to those close to you just doesn't help. Talking to a professional therapist, in a confidential setting, can make a real difference, often bringing a feeling of relief and a sense of being understood. I am a fully registered, experienced therapist, trained to work with a wide range of difficulties. I offer weekly therapy sessions, as well as initial consultations (£50) to assess your situation and needs, and to suggest what might best help.
