I’m a Relationship coach. For couples I’m trained and certified in Relational Life Therapy (RLT). RLT was created by a leading American in the relationship field called Terry Real. It differs from traditional couples counselling in a number of ways, for instance traditional couples counselling doesn’t take sides (everything is 50/50). RLT does take sides, if it’s 70/30 RLT works with that. Here’s a link with Terry talking about what RLT is:

There are currently (April '25) only 20 coaches in the UK trained in RLT.

I’m also a trained and certified Conscious (CU) coach. CU is a like a map on how to break up and separate, either during or after a breakup. It very quickly turns a breakup into a breakthrough. My reviews were all written by clients 3 months after we started working this program, many of them in shock or trauma in the first session. All in peace after around session twelve. Peter is a very thoughtful and insightful coach. His style is calm and quiet but he knows when to step in firmly and controls the conversation within a session very well. He is evenly balanced, with participants being given equal voice, although necessarily the conversation can focus on one person, or the other, more or less from session to session. He takes good notes, which he reviews and uses to prepare for future sessions, ensuring that important issues are brought up at the right time and in balance with the sequence of his counselling approach/methods. I was expecting counselling to be painful and cringy, but time spent with Peter passed quickly and I looked forward to each session. And the end result was very positive. I feel better equipped to understand myself and how to manage my relationship - which is now much improved and thriving.

I had hit a wall in my 28 year relationship and Peter was able to unravel behavioural traits and the harmful pattern we were trapped in. Peter's calm manner and tone helped me to be open. He equipped me with the techniques that have lead to healthier relationships - not only in my marriage but with my children too. Peter is insightful and honest. He also cares and this shines through in his practice.

Peter literally saved my marriage! I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. My husband and I were at crisis point and after our first session we hugged told each other we loved each other and would make it work! Peter has the best qualities as a coach and counsellor. He has a gentle way about him that makes you feel safe talking about anything. He also helped me get closer to my daughter. I would never have realised I was doing it all wrong and pushing her further away. This has made a huge difference in my life. Thank you for everything Peter.

I can not recommend Peters support, guidance and counsel enough . I found Peter to be very professional and very quickly got to grasps with my needs. His approach and the tools he gave me allowed me to grow and work through my issues to a very satisfactory conclusion. I certainly came out of my time a completely different person stronger with a greater self awareness and confident with many tools that I know I will call upon in the future. I know i could not have gotten to where I am without the support of Peter. Many thanks Peter it was life changing.
