My business provides professional pluralistic counselling and psychotherapy services. I work with individuals to address a variety of mental health and emotional wellbeing concerns, including anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and personal growth. As a pluralistic counsellor, I tailor my therapeutic approach to the unique needs and preferences of each client, drawing on multiple theories and techniques to create a personalised and effective treatment plan. Confidential, safe and non-judgmental.

My key customers include individuals over the age of 18 and couples who are seeking professional support for their mental health or personal challenges. These clients are based in the UK.

My background includes working as a listener in NHS & Family Learning. I am currently a volunteer counsellor at Women’s Aid as well as running private practice.
