I am a psychologist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist with 30 years of clinical experience working with individuals and couples.

My training includes psychoanalysis through institutions affiliated with the International Psychoanalytic Association, as well as specialised training in couples and family psychotherapy, trauma-informed therapy and inner child work.

Over the past three decades I have helped clients with:

• anxiety and panic attacks
• relationship and couples difficulties
• trauma and childhood emotional wounds
• depression and emotional overwhelm
• self-esteem and identity issues
• personal growth and emotional resilience

My approach combines deep psychological insight with practical emotional tools that help clients understand their emotional patterns and create lasting change.

Sessions are offered online via Zoom for clients worldwide.

Irene has been an amazing therapist for me, helping me to address deeply rooted beliefs about myself that come from my childhood and formative years. She is really insightful, empathetic and not afraid to present challenging information that is helpful to know in the long run. Would highly recommend her to anyone, and particularly to anyone also interested in energy healing and spirituality (although that she is very much a psychoanalytic therapist first and foremost)
