Mortgage-free homeowners selling our current house and looking for a small house (ideally with some outdoor space) to rent while finding the right place to buy. Would consider garden work or clearout/DIY as part of the arrangement. Negotiable on exact dates and location. Mature couple, non smokers, no kids or pets.
