Urgently seeking 1 bed/2bed maximum property for disabled person fleeing abuse.
Cannot live in shared housing.
Must accept DSS/UC/PETS. (Will take out property insurance due to pets to cover any potential issues)
I don't have a guarantor as no friends or family working.
Can afford upto £800/month rent but would prefer £550/£650 ideally.
Ideally 6/12month tenancy or longer.
Must have public transport links/not be in the middle nowhere. Suffolk/Essex areas considered.
