Rural detached property wanted to rent long term by quiet, mature lady

Hello,

​I am looking for a long-term, detached rural house to rent. Due to a change in personal circumstances (a recent marriage separation), I am eager to find a peaceful, safe home for myself and my animals.

I am a quiet, respectful 50-year-old with no children. I live a peaceful lifestyle centered around reading, gardening, and country walks. I am practical and happy to rent a property that is basic or hasn't been modernised.

​I have two mature and well-behaved dogs. They are entirely accustomed to rural life and are safe around livestock and horses, I also have two quiet, elderly house cats.
​I also have a small, well-managed flock of mature poultry.

I have an excellent long term renting history, including a reference from my current landlord of 5 years.
I am living in the Tain area of Highland but I would consider moving to other areas if the right property was available.
I can provide full references and a guarantor if required.
