We are Em. and Emeric.
Totnes has been my home since 2016 — it’s where I work supporting adults with complex mental-health needs, and where our friendships and routines have grown over the years.

My son is four — curious, gentle, and happiest with puddles, pesto pasta, and Sidney Bechet playing somewhere in the background.

We’ve just received notice on the flat we’ve been renting since 2022.
It was a shock — the place had slowly become our nest — and I’ve already started searching for somewhere new.
We’re hoping to stay in Totnes, where our life feels anchored.

I’m drawn to balance, honesty, kindness, and justice.
Mostly quiet by nature (except when singing), reflective and steady.
Books, music, and cinema shape much of our daily rhythm, and we keep a calm, well-cared-for home.

We’re looking for a two-bedroom place in Totnes, something with light and a bit of peace.
Our budget is £800–£850 pcm, and I can provide excellent references from both landlord and employer.
We need to move before the end of February 2025.
