Looking for a property to rent for myself,
Stockton,middlesbrough,thornaby,or as close as possible.
1 or 2 bed not too fussed.
I'm on high rate benefits totalling around £1560 per month so top ups isn't a problem.
I'm a 28 year old quiet male
I can't get gaurentours or references but I can provide upfront costs.
I'm quiet,very ocd clean,keep myself to myself and would be exactly what you would expect from a tenant if not more than you'd expect,I dont mind helping out with refurbishments along the way that's not a problem.
