Description
Self employed music production teacher moving back to Bristol after a year abroad. Lived and worked here for many years and I'm returning to teaching and studio work.
Quiet, tidy, non-smoker. No pets, no kids, just me. I work from home, music production and online teaching, so I'm around during the day and I look after my space.
Looking for a furnished 1 bed flat or studio on a short-term let of 2–3 months in Clifton, Redland, Cotham, Bishopston, St Werburghs, Easton or Bedminster. If you have a gap between tenancies, I'd be a straightforward tenant to fill it.
Budget: up to £1,100 pcm, and happy to pay upfront for reassurance.
Available from mid-September. Happy to talk on the phone or do a video call any time, I can view remotely and decide quickly.
