Looking to Buy Small Storage/Workshop Space – Sheffield Area
Hello,
I'm looking to purchase a small building or storage unit in the Sheffield area. Ideally something no longer in use, such as an outbuilding, old workshop, garage, or similar.
I'm not a developer — just looking for a modest space for my own small business use.
Nothing fancy needed, and I’m happy to consider places that need work.
Ideally:
*Compact building or unit
* Suitable for light use or storage
* Doesn’t need to be on the market — even something tucked away or overlooked is of interest
I’ll cover all legal fees and approach any arrangement professionally and respectfully.
