I am a single man with an excellent rental history. Due to circumstances (redundancy), I need to downsize from the 3 bed property that I have lived in for nearly 6 years, to a 1 bed unfurnished property. I have a Labrador and. Frenchie who are both house-trained and non-destructive. Hopefully there would be spaces for a washing machine and dishwasher.
