House needed ...
Our landlord has sold house and with time limit they have give we are in need for a house as have no family close to move in with ..
We were looking to buy but due to the short notice this has not been possible...
a short term let would be ideal if anyone has a Airbnb heading into winter months, but rental if needed will need to do 12+ months..
We are a Couple in late 30's/40
Both been in same fulltime jobs years,
Have a 6 year old well behaved, house trained dog
Have lived in current rental 8 years and would be able to get reference
Any options at this point would be well appreciated
Hoping Newtownards, Comber, Dundonald and surrounding areas due to work.
