Homeowner Relocating to Glasgow – Seeking Long-Term Rental

Hi! I'm William. I'm relocating from Stornoway back to the mainland and I'm looking for a lovely 1 or 2-bedroom home in Glasgow or the surrounding areas from around start/mid-November.
I'm currently a homeowner myself and my house is in the process of being sold, so I understand what it means to have someone genuinely look after your property. I'm mature, quiet, clean, a non-smoker and I'm looking for somewhere I can settle rather than a short-term stopgap.

I run my own online clothing business and I'm particularly interested in hearing from private landlords who would prefer a reliable, respectful long-term tenant.

🏡 What I'm looking for:
• 1 or 2-bedroom flat, house or cottage
• Glasgow city or surrounding areas considered
• Furnished or part-furnished preferred
• Around mid-November, but I'm flexible for the right home
• Long-term tenancy preferred

🐶 Pets:
I have a lovely older dog who is extremely calm, quiet and fully house-trained, plus a couple of small indoor pets. My dog spends most of her time doing what she's doing in the photo — sleeping! 😄

I'm happy to chat, provide further information. Although I'm currently in Stornoway, viewings aren't a problem — my brother is on the mainland and can attend on my behalf, often at fairly short notice. I'm also happy to speak by phone/video beforehand and can move quickly for the right home.
