Live-In Renovation Arrangement – London
Experienced London-based Renovator seeking a live-in renovation or refurbishment arrangement for a short to medium term (6–12 months).
I’m looking to occupy a property during a refurbishment phase in exchange for:
Agreed renovation / maintenance work
Optional paid work at an agreed rate for larger tasks
On-site presence for security, access, and progress
What I offer:
General repairs & maintenance
Decorating & prep work
Basic carpentry
Snagging & turnaround work
Reliable on-site presence (ideal during refurbs or void periods)
What I’m looking for:
Temporary accommodation provided rent-free
Clear scope of works (no open-ended arrangements)
Suitable for:
Property investors
Developers
HMOs
Buy-to-let refurb projects
Happy to work under a simple licence agreement (not a tenancy).
References available. Flexible start date.
