Description
We are a young couple looking for a rental property. One of us is disabled and on benefits, but we have a large amount of savings that's more than enough to cover several months rent, we can also provide a reference from our previous landlord and a guarantor if needed.
I myself am a freelance writer and I'm in the process of picking up more clients and work in the meantime.
Our deposit is on a protected scheme, but we will have access to it once we move and we do have three senior cats that will be coming with us. They don't scratch or spray on furniture and are very quiet. We are looking for somewhere either in or around the Glasgow area, or further afield such as North Lanarkshire and Lothian area.
We can move in immediately as there's no notice to give and our current landlords are looking to sell as the previous owner of the property that we rented from has passed away.
We hope to hear back from someone as soon as possible!
