54yr old man on Indefinite benefits due to health reasons looking for 1 bed bungalow or flat in the acocks green, yardley wood,hall green areas, i am on universal credit which wont stop ive already spoken to them there willing to pay my rent up to 695 a month and deposit up to 700-800 pound only problem is no guarantor as no family now to ask but my benefits are a guarantee my rent will be paid every month no questions i also have a 7yr old house cat very placid had all jabs very clean he is i need to stay in these areas as my doctors are handy, i am a very clean genuine single man just looking for a quiet home to live in, if there is anyone out there with a bungalow or flat please give me a message or a ring, i currently live with my son and his partner but they want to be on there owns now which i understand completely i was my mothers carer until last year when she sadly passed away so i had to move in with my son and his partner but now i really need to leave,thank you for reading hope to hear something soon.
