Me and my partner are looking for a 2 or 3 property we have 2 girls 8 and 10 very well behaved.
Happy to pay landlords insurance for the year.
I am a plumber, electrican handyman by trade and have done loads and spent money on the houses we have lived, can also show pictures to prove this in a folder and also we have 3 great refrences for the last 14years.
Also have credit reports.
We have one old small well behaved animal that just sleeps all the time. happy to pay pet insurance upfront.
We have a well paid working guarantor and have money already for deposit.
My partner has qualifications as a environmental scientist.
We have spent a lot of time and effort on the property we live in now, so we are not worried of hard work on a place that needs a tidy up.
We are the tenants landlords are looking for. We spend our time and money on every place we live.
