Understanding private landlord needed; after getting out of prison in 2019 & struggling to get off benefits I secured a well paid job but had some negative credit
5 years of welding/fitting in the petrochemical industry later my daughter’s mum needs a rest so needs me to take full legal guardianship requiring a second or potentially 3rd bedroom
Professionally I’ve gone back to barbering, am self ‘employed and in receipt of around £1,800-£2,100 a month after 6 months so could comfortably afford £6-700 in rent
I’ve lived in the same place for 7 years now, and live immaculately as referenced by the photos
