Hello we are a professional couple looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom property in the Brixham/Paignton/Preston or Torquay area to rent long term. We have very good references, no pets/children and non smokers. We need a garden or outdoor space and possibly parking in a nice area close to local amenities and a bus route. We and can pay up to £1500 a month
