I've rented for 11 years and have NEVER missed a single rent payment!

I'm a mature, single lady looking for a lovely, peaceful rural home where I can settle long-term with my ginger cat, Ziggi.

- A non-smoker looking for a stable, long-term home.

I've always worked full-time until a recent health-related pause and intend to return to full-time employment in the very near future.

My dream little home 🏡

Ideally, I'm looking for a small detached bungalow, cottage or house in a peaceful rural or edge-of-village location.

I'd also be absolutely delighted to consider a completely self-contained annexe, with its own kitchen, bathroom and living space.

I previously spent six very happy years living in a privately rented annexe, and I'd love to find something similar again.

My ideal home would be:

- Peaceful and private, away from busy roads.
- Warm, well maintained and unfurnished.
- Centrally heated and double glazed.
- Ideally with a private, enclosed garden for Ziggi.

I'd also consider an annexe with a shared garden, provided the surroundings are genuinely peaceful.

I'm not looking for a house share, lodgings or a live-in arrangement.

Where am I looking?

Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Rutland are my preferred areas.

However, I'm flexible and very happy to consider other rural locations, including further afield for somewhere truly special.

Budget

Up to £1,000 per calendar month, depending on the property and running costs.

I may consider up to £1,100 for an exceptionally peaceful, private property.

A little about Ziggi 🐈

Ziggi is my lovely seven-year-old ginger cat. He's mature, fully house-trained, vaccinated, insured and very well behaved.

He's a much-loved member of my little household!

Finally...

I'm not searching for anything grand or luxurious.

I'm simply looking for a peaceful, comfortable home where I can put down roots, look after my surroundings beautifully and enjoy life.
