Assalamu alaykum and welcome to my ad.


I am a single male 30 years old. British born Muslim, clean quiet and tidy. Keep myself to myself and a non-smoker.

I am looking for a one bedroom studio or a self contained property to rent. I have been renting for almost 4 years now and I have had many bad experiences with different housing companies and landlords.
I have shared houses with very bad people, drug users, cocaine users, loud, ignorant and disrespectful people.

I’m renting currently in Stamford Hill in North London and I want to leave the house I’m renting in, the environment dosent suit me, and I don’t feel at peace.

I want to be around good, high quality and high standard Muslim people. I have always had a good rapport with my Arab brothers in any business dealings, they’ve always met my expectations and always treated me normally.


I’m looking for a self contained studio or a one bedroom in London. I work in London part time and have references from my workplace and my previous landlords I’ve rented with.

Because I work part time I’m getting DSS support, I work from 8-12pm and in the evenings I’m in Uni.
UC cover my rent and I work part time this gives me peace of mind to do other things in the afternoon, I’m studying in uni and also learning the Arabic language and taking care of myself going to the gym trying to eat healthy etc

As a tenant I’m clean and quiet, I don’t smoke, I don’t play loud music I keep myself to myself and I’ve always looked after every property I’ve rented. My rent is always paid on the day it’s due and I’ve never had any issues

If you can accept my circumstances of being on UC and if you are looking for a good tenant who will look after your home, make rent payments on time every month then please get in touch. I can pay £1200 max and uc can cover this.
