The bus stop is right in front of the house which takes ten minutes to Newbury Park station for Central line tube, connected to Stratford and central London. Goodmayes and Chadwell Heath stations are also close by. Asian foods, Halal shops, supermarkets, retail park, hospital are all within a close proximity.
It is a well maintained house by current landlord so the tenants are expected to keep the house clean and tidy. However, the gardens will be maintained by the landlord.
Muslim female students/ professionals are preferred others females are fine as long as no one does eat pork or drink alcohol in the home in order to maintain the halaal environment due to the religious reason.
