I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy asap:
- Must be a student
- House is in heaton (27 Rothbury Terrace), a 4 minute walk away from the metro or a 35 min walk to both Newcastle uni and Northumbria uni
- Rent is around £495 a month inc bills (£411 excluding bills) until August 2026.
- The house will be shared with 5 other flatmates, all 3rd year students, all male. They are all kind, clean and respectful people.
- The house has 3 bathrooms, a dining room, living room and a very nice kitchen
