Supported Accommodation Room Available – Warm, Safe Housing with Support

Description

We currently have a room available in our supported accommodation for someone who may be homeless, at risk of homelessness, struggling to manage alone, or in need of housing-related support.

Our accommodation offers a safe, welcoming and respectful place to stay, with support available to help residents build stability, confidence and independence.

The room is suitable for someone who needs a fresh start and would benefit from regular support with things such as:

Managing appointments
Budgeting and benefits
Tenancy skills
Health and wellbeing
Accessing local services
Moving towards more independent living

We aim to provide a calm and supportive environment where residents are treated with dignity and encouraged to move forward at their own pace.

Who this may be suitable for:

Someone who is homeless or at risk of homelessness
Someone leaving hospital, temporary accommodation or sofa surfing
Someone who needs support to maintain accommodation
Someone with mental health, low confidence, or general support needs
Someone referred by a support worker, family member, council, charity or professional

Location: Birmingham
Rent: Housing Benefit / Universal Credit may be accepted depending on circumstances
Support: Weekly housing-related support provided
Availability: Room available now, subject to suitability and risk assessment

All referrals and enquiries are considered carefully to make sure the placement is suitable and safe for the person and the house.
