Description
1) Tenant Requirements
Looking for a female University of Exeter postgraduate student who is tidy and respectful.
2) Dates
Available from around mid/late June to mid-September. The starting date is negotiable, but ideally you can cover until the end of my contract.
3) Price & Contract
£215 per week, bills included. This will be an official accommodation contract transfer, and I will cover the transfer/admin fee. Discount can be discussed.
4) Room Description
Spreytonway is the newest accommodation on campus. Ensuite room in a 9-person all-female flat. The room is around 18㎡, spacious and north-facing, so it stays relatively cool in summer. It comes with a small double bed, large desk, storage space, wardrobe, mirror, floor-to-ceiling window and private bathroom. Some household items can be left for you if needed.
5) Location
5-minute walk to the Business School, 10–15 minutes to most parts of campus, 15 minutes to the city centre, 8 minutes to the nearest train station, and around 20 minutes to Exeter St David’s Station.
