The whole house is available for 5 students with individual monthly room rates of £245 for room 5, £265 for rooms 1,2 and 4 and £295 for room 3.

The Virgin Media M350 package with a Eero Mesh system gives excellent WiFi coverage throughout the house. Also all rooms are hard wired.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including 2 fridge freezers, 6 burner gas hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and table with chairs.

The large comfortable sitting room with gas fire, has a television and seating for 5 persons.

On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, a shower room with toilet and washbasin and a further separate toilet with washbasin.

Hot water is provided by a gas combination boiler which also provides central heating. The heating program can be controlled by a mobile phone app.

At the rear is an elevated patio, with garden furniture and washing line.

The garage, accessed from the rear is available for the storage of outdoor sports equipment, surfboards, bicycles and scooters and is equipped with an electric charging point and running water for cleaning equipment.
A extra deposit is required for the remote fob that activates the roller shutter door.
