Description
We are looking for someone to take up a room in our two bedroom flat as our current flatmate is moving out. We are looking for someone with a student status for Council Tax reasons. The communal areas include a small kitchen, bathroom and hallway. We do not have a living room.
The deposit is £500 and the cost of utilities is included in the rent
There is a bus stop right by the flat that takes you to the West End (30-40 mins to UofG), a bus stop 5 minutes walk away that regularly goes to the City Center as well as a train stop nearby.
As for furnishings our current flatmate is leaving behind her wardrobe and maybe her desk which would be kept in the room if you need them. You would have to bring your own bed. The rent also includes all utilities costs so you wouldn’t have to pay anything extra for the wifi, electricity or gas.
A little about us - Eliass and Hugh. I (Eliass) am a 4th year student at UofG studying comparative literature and philosophy. I make some art stuff like lino prints when I have the time and like other creative things like taking film photography and writing poetry. I enjoy going on hikes, going to museums and culture events and always love learning new stuff. Hugh is an Open University engineering student and a proud Tesco employee. He enjoys learning weird and obscure facts and is a master at videoges.
