Hi,

I am looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to share a modern and spacious flat in Crewe Road North. The flat is located in a lovely residential area. It takes only two minutes walk to the nearest bus stop with busses no 19, 22 and 38. A bit further, about five minutes walk, there are also busses no 21, 27, 29 and 37. Morrisons supermarket is also within walking distance, under 10 minutes. The flat is located on the first floor and benefits from lift, secure indoor parking and regular building maintenance.

The room is bright, spacious - roughly 21sqm - and fully furnished with a double-sized bed, working desk and chair, wardrobes, coffee table and chair, TV and drawers. It also comes with a very spacious private patio garden. The kitchen is shared, and come with all the day-to-day necessities, including dishwasher, washing machine, and dining table.

The flat will be shared between you and me, who has my own en-suite.

The room is aimed towards non-pet owners and non-smokers only. Long-term tenants (at least 6 months), working professionals and mature students are preferred.
