The rooms are on opposite ends of the corridor giving more privacy (with other spaces in between so no bedroom walls are shared).

New fire doors just hung (fire doors are more sound proof than ordinary ones)
a new carpet is installed upstairs (not in the room)

Nice big bathtub and combi boiler so that there is always hot water.
Plenty of storage space in the attic and understairs cupboard.
A plastic storage box in the garden for bikes (or anything else)
Back yard and front yard with tables and chairs,
Sun beds available (could be kept in the attic when not used)

There is a communal Kitchen, one bathroom, one outdoors toilet, (also one room which can be used as a communal space but not always)

30 min walk to Bournemouth Square
15 min walk to kings park and Queens park

House rules:
quiet from 11pm-8am (housemates are hard working and need to sleep)
Cleanliness of communal areas at all times (including no dirty dishes left)
No smoking indoors and no drug taking indoors, in the garden, or in the vicinity.
This is not a 420 friendly house so please do not show interest if you need to smoke illegal substances
