The flat is situated close to the city centre. 12 minutes away by bus and 25 minutes walk. The Haymarket train station is a 15 minutes walk away. There are various supermarkets within walking distance. Lidl, Aldi, Saintsbury’s.
The room would be suitable for either a professional or a student. Someone who has shared before, and is clean and organised. Not least you must be easygoing and friendly. Ideally you enjoy socialising with your Flatmates.
Council tax £40 pm; gas and electric based on usage will be split 3 ways.
Internet included in the rent. Must be willing to contribute looking after Athena 🐱 (pictured).
