The room is furnished and located on the first floor, not ground level. You’ll be sharing a kitchen with a lovely back-garden view, a clean bathroom, and have access to a private back garden. Free private parking is also included. The flat is well-situated with shops just a 6-minute walk away, the nearest bus stop about 8 minutes’ walk (direct to the university and city centre), and Oxford Street is only 1.8 miles away.

Rent is £600 per calendar month, excluding bills. I’m a very conservative person myself — the less we use, the less we’ll pay.

This room is for a female student or a practising Muslim who is tidy, clean, quiet, respectful, and looking for a long-term stay — ideally until the end of their yearly course or even longer.

Rules (non-negotiable):
• No male visitors
• No alcohol
• No pets
• No smoking
• No music
• No late-night noise
• No shoes in the flat

To ensure the property is well cared for, I will occasionally check the room to make sure it’s kept tidy. The building’s maintenance team will also visit from time to time to take photos of the rooms, purely to confirm everything is in place and well maintained. Note: I don’t know when they come but when they do, you have to let them in. Only takes a minute, maybe a couple of times a year.

This home is best suited for a female student or a practising Muslim who values a safe, calm, and disciplined living space, with good connections to Oxford Street and the city centre.
