Short term room to rent in nice properly in Walton.
1 minute walk to Sainsbury’s and 2 to Aldi.
1 minute to bus stop with 12-20 minute journey time. Dependant on traffic.
Sharing with 43 year old, 420 friendly smoker with two cats. Ziggy and Mushie
All bills included. Wifi and sky TV in both rooms. No movies or sports but if that’s your kind of thing, you can add them to the subscription but would need to pay the extra fee.
I would be sleeping in the front room but the door will be open all day and you would be more than welcome to join me anytime.
I’m a former chef so food very import. You would have your own fridge in room and we can share freezer in the kitchen. Would love to start sharing good food and good conversation.
I’m also a musician, so piano in house.
Your room leads onto the garner that has seating and washing line and vegetables, fruits and herbs in the summer.
I would be happy to trial a month with lodger and if all is well and we get along, I’m happy to discuss a longer agreement.
Also happy for couples but require 120 per mont extra
