Your room will include a brand-new bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
You will have access to a modern shared kitchen (with cooker, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster) communal lounge and shared bathroom (there is 3).
As this is supported accommodation (intended for people who are unable to afford a normal rented property at present), to be eligible for a room, you will need to be receipts of benefits such as Universal credit, ESA, JSA, UC, or PIP.
All we ask is that you pay an affordable monthly service charge of £60. This is to cover our costs to provide a cleaner who will visit to clean the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and welcoming home.
