Room is five star with everything brand new.
Brand new double bed, with heated blanket, fitted wardrobes, smart TV on wall, with bed side light and fan. Desk and chair with a light.
You will have access to two bathrooms, along with a lounge and dinner/kitchen. Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and oven, fitted dish washer and washing machine which also dry’s your clothes, the fridge dispenses filter water and ice. microwave, airfyer, kettle and toaster.
The dinning room has a dining table with a fitted smart TV.
The lounge has two smart TVs with a AC unit which provides hot and cold air.
The payment includes bills, council tax and super-fast broadband.
Cleaner attends every Monday to clean the house.
Currently have this and another room, 2 working class people, property is checked regularly by the owner.
