Hello folks,
I am moving out of my current flat in January, which means my room will become available from January 1st, but earlier move ins can also be accommodated.
The flat is shared with a final-year bachelor's student at the University of Edinburgh. I've found him to be an ideal housemate; respectful, keeps to himself, quiet, etc. The apartment is also managed by a letting agency who handle any problems immediately and free of charge, for the most part. Below are some details on the flat.
The Flat:
• Location: Mayfield Gardens (15 min walk to King’s Campus, 25 min walk to UoE main campus, 1 min from a bus stop)
• Modern & fully furnished
• 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, spacious living room
• Your room: Mostly furnished (bed & big wardrobe included)
Rent: £825 for the room (not including bills)
We are looking to find a candidate as soon as possible to take over the room December/January time.
