Furnished room for weekend worker/ traveler, student, tourist etc., offered per night stay.
Only a weekend or up to max. 1 week/6 nights.

Check in: 4pm
Check out: 11am

Spacious room (double bedroom size) with 2-3 seater couch, sofa chair, table, single bed with new high quality orthopedic mattress
Included:
- access/key to hallway and room
- super fast sky broadband
- heating + electricity
-fresh clean bedding (including dettol softener used for washing),
- towels
- shared bathroom with shower over bath and toilett, cleaning of toilett included
- new clean carpets in room and flat
-secured entry
-smoke alarms inside flat hallway.
-Quiet park area with idyllic lake and sounds of animals (birds, squirrels at window) around.

Please be aware:
- no kitchen and no dining area

Payment in advance on arrival.

Prices:
- 60£/night
- 100£/weekend (2 nights)

- washing machine + dryer for one time load 9kg load, use your own detergent: 10£
- Washing + dryer service done by myself including detergent and softener: 15£
- breakfast served at 8am - 9am (bed&breakfast): extra 10£/night , please be aware: breakfast does only include instant coffee + milk, no other coffee

Available:
Warm: tee, fried eggs + sausage.
Cold: orange juice with bits, milk, jam, chocolate spread, cheese spread, sausage, dark and white bread. Rolls. Fruits, salad, cucumber, tomatoes. Salt. Joghurt, Kölln rolled oats. Butter. If you need anything else for breakfast, you can ask 1 day before. If you need breakfast earlier or later, book 1 day in advance. Can be packed or served earlier/later.

- private toilett, so no one else will use this toilett during your stay: extra 20£/night.

House rules:
- strictly no smoking inside flat or inside house, also not on patio, not at window etc.
- no pets in room
- no alcohol in the room
Quiet times in the house: 10pm - 8am no TV/music (on your devices etc.) during that time.
No shoes in the flat and room. They're safe in the hallway outside flat.

P.zs. blankets will be removed from couch/ sofa and bed will be made with larger double duvet.
