Quiet & cosy loft room in huge Victorian house

Our lovely lodger is moving away after nearly 2 years here so we’re Looking for a friendly and relaxed young female professional or student for this gorgeous house!
The Loft Room is available from June 2026.
The room is on the top floor - two velux windows look onto the garden and sea views, and the room has a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. It’s quiet and cosy.
Thus is a very large Edwardian house in Kemptown, with two female lodgers (21/24) myself and my daughter (24) and one friendly cat! You would be in a good-sized room sharing the well equipped kitchen, bathroom, shower room and laundry facilities.
There is a good sized bathroom and separate shower room on the middle floor, a patio, garden and roof terrace, with great sea views. All bills are included as is wi-fi.
Kemptown is a great 'suburb' of Brighton, 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of town and with good transport to all parts of the city, but it also has its own charming Kemptown village, with lots of nice cafes, vintage stores and pubs. The Hanover area with all its award winning cosy pubs is 10 minutes walk, and of course the sea and beach are just at the bottom of the road.
The house is m close to buses 2, 21 and 18, good for the station, town centre, shopping centre, the lanes and Hove; Also buses run along the bottom of Edward Street 5 mins down the hill to all parts of the city (7, 12, 1, 2).
