We are a family of three with two spare rooms available for rent (one double room and one single room). We are open to short-term stays, with the possibility of longer-term arrangements if suitable.
Ideally, we are looking for a South Asian tenant, preferably Indian or Sri Lankan, as we share a similar background and feel it would make communication and day-to-day living more comfortable for everyone.
