(I have lived at the home for the past 7 years and it's been pretty chill - moved out because I brought my own place)
Kevin (landlord) would prefer someone who works outside of the house and would prefer a male lodger. Non smoker/non vaper

-Grocery shops are pretty walkable and the big shops are only a short bus ride away in woolwich
