Hey everyone! Iām looking for a full-time student to take over my accommodation contract at iQ Kopa (130 Moor Lane, Preston).
The Details:
Room Type: En-suite (Flat 13, Room F)
Contract Dates: 20th September 2026 ā 11th July 2027
Rent: Ā£118/week (Ā£4,956 total, paid in installments)
Bills: All utility bills (gas, electricity, water) are included in the price
Amenities & Highlights:
Private en-suite bathroom
Shared kitchen and dining facilities
Fantastic location right near the University of Lancashire campus
On-site security and secure electronic access
Requirements:
Under the university housing terms, you must be a full-time student at the University of Lancashire who does not currently hold an active housing contract with the university!
Note: There is a standard Ā£25 administrative transfer fee to complete the contract swap which I am willing to cover!
