I’m looking for someone to take over my room at the student accommodation Beaverbank Place in Edinburgh, as I have been offered accommodation at my university and unfortunately won’t be able to take up the room myself. The room is in a shared apartment with 5 flatmates, but you will have you own room with a private bathroom (en-suite).
The room is ONLY available from the 05/09/2026 to 02/01/2027. No changes possible.
Please note that this is a replacement tenant arrangement, so the tenancy would need to be transferred/approved by the accommodation provider.
