Our residential houses are well looked after, with a live in or live out house manager that will welcome you, and clean the communal areas of the property on a daily basis. They will also ensure the free items are stocked up, such as tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, laundry powder, toilet roll, and more. This is truly the best way to live in shared accommodation in Bristol

Each property has shared communal areas (Kitchen, lounge, bathrooms etc) however we do have some rooms with private bathrooms / ensuites.

Our rooms are available for booking immediately and where possible we will assist with last minute bookings.
Please note we do not accept couples, rooms are single occupancy only.
Our rooms are for working professionals only.

You can book for 1 week or more, and stay as long as you like, renewing your stay on a weekly or 4 weekly basis, which is ideal if you are uncertain of your long term plans. We can also accept monthly payments that work around your pay day.

When your ready to leave, there are no long notice periods, just let us know a minimum of 4 days before.

Once you are in one of our properties, relocation between our houses is easy. If you find a more suitable room or location that you wish to stay in, as soon as that house / room is available, we can arrange for you to transfer, again with minimal notice.
