Hi my partner and I, have a furnished double room with an
en-suite,
and a small separate kitchen/sitting room,
For rent within our house,
(Basically a separate studio flat within our house)
The property is 5.5 miles from Edinburgh,
8 minutes walk to train station from the property,
15 minutes train journey into Edinburgh,
The room is for rent for the last 2 weeks in August for the Edinburgh festival,
at the weekly rate mentioned
Then it will be available for long term rent after August
Please leave a number that I can text or W/A message,
As the initial contact will be by message,
as I’m not into long winded conversations to answer simple questions,
Don’t send any links as they will not be opened,
As we are totally scam aware,
I wanted to add my number
but you know gumtree,
( they don’t like it)
Full address details will only be given to potential tenants after I have spoken to them,
No pets
And definitely NO cooking with Garlic,
or take aways with a strong smell of garlic,
Basically in a simple explanation,
I can not stand the smell of garlic,
So if garlic is your thing,
