Light, bright, airy mezzanine room approx 3.5m x 5.5m, good size with opening roof window and skylights.

The warehouse has a big open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, central heating, and 3 bathrooms.

You’ll be sharing the warehouse with 11 others and 1 cat.

We get on well and hang out together at home and outside the house, but also do our own things. We use the communal space for creative endeavours, planned events, spontaneous fun, as well as quiet hang outs. The house can be both lively and quiet but probably not for someone looking for a fortress of solitude,

We're looking for someone to move in to make the place their home so ideally you'd be looking to stay for at least 12 months.

Sorry, No couples/room shares, or someone who's looking for a space to play with their band.

Well connected bus stops, Piccadilly Line and Victoria Line tubes and overground are a short walk as is a big 24 hour Sainsburys and lots of smaller independent grocery stores. It's also a short walk to Finsbury Park and Green Lanes.

Final months rent in advance required = £725
Bills average out over the year at around £50-60pcm
Electric monthly bills £15-£100pcm depending on time of year.
£20pcm kitty gas, weekly cleaner, toilet roll etc
All other bills included in rent.
